Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC seeks a Strategic Program Manager to provide executive leadership across large telecom and data center projects nationwide. You will oversee schedules, RAID, budgeting, and governance while aligning with corporate strategy and client expectations.

The role requires a proven PMO track record, PMP certification, and a strong business acumen to forecast risks and drive profitability with an ALL IN mindset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end customer PMO experience within the Technology, Data Center, and/or Utility Construction industry.
• 5+ years of proven success in a high-level Program Management executive position.
• PMP Certification (or equivalent experience) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive level leadership to multiple telecom projects including data center construction and ISP projects.
• Manage executive reporting, RAID, program status reports, inventory, and cost-to-complete.
• Review contracts, SOWs, MSAs, and Change Orders; develop program playbooks and governance.
• Define and implement governance; monitor KPI’s, financial metrics, and customer experience.
