Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to lead large-scale telecommunications and data center projects nationwide. You will oversee program governance, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and executive reporting to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in end-to-end PMO leadership within technology, data center, or utility construction, plus PMP certification and a Bachelor's in Business or IT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end PMO experience in Technology, Data Center, or Utility Construction.
• 5+ years in a high-level Program Management executive position.
• PMP Certification is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide strategic oversight of the team and programs nationwide.
• Produce project plans, requirement documents, site trackers, budgets, and workflows for large enterprise programs.
• Manage executive reporting, RAID, status reports, inventory, and cost-to-complete reports.
• Review contracts, statements of work, MSAs, and change orders for large programs.
• Mentor and coach PMO team members; drive accountability and proactive planning.
