Job summary

ADB Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to provide executive level leadership for telecommunications projects nationwide, including large-scale data center construction and ISP initiatives.

The role manages program plans, schedules, RAID, reporting, and governance to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in PMO, 5+ years in executive Program Management, and strong stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel up to 75%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end PMO experience within Technology, Data Center, and/or Utility Construction.
• 5+ years in a high-level Program Management executive position.
• 5+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive experience launching multiple large-scale programs.
• One to three years of prior sales/business development experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide strategic oversight of the team and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Lead program functions including project plans, requirement docs, site trackers, budget processes, and workflows for large programs nationwide.
• Manage executive reporting, RAID, status reports, inventory, and financial health.
• Review and interpret contracts, statements of work, MSAs, and change orders.
• Develop program playbooks and workflows across impacted departments.
• Define governance and controls across the program.
• Drive KPI tracking including financial metrics and customer experience.
• Forecast delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Mentor PMO team members and provide coaching.
