Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for the R2L Delivery organization to lead strategic, cross-functional programs across the last-mile network. This role owns end-to-end strategy and execution, partnering with senior leaders to shape the future of our delivery network.

The role requires transforming complex problems into scalable solutions, operating with autonomy, and driving alignment across Director and VP stakeholders in New York or Nashville offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for last-mile programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution at scale.
• Build frameworks and standards for program management across the R2L organization.
• Identify large opportunities and size them; make trade-off recommendations to senior leadership.
• Influence technology and operations investment priorities with data-based business cases.
• Coordinate across operations, technology, finance, and planning to align multi-quarter initiatives.
