Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead regional fleet operations improvements across the Lakes/Midwest region, focusing on safety and efficiency of the Last Mile network.

You will own complex programs end-to-end, collaborate with engineering, operations, and DSP teams, and drive data-driven results for senior leadership; travel 40-70% is required, with on-site regional work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle of complex cross‑functional projects and programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.
• Seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
• Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes from third‑party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.)
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as a SME responsible for multiple Delivery Station Fleets to maintain safe and fully mission capable vehicles
• Partner with Amazon Operations leaders, DSPs, and program teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources to achieve business goals
• Synchronize with third party companies to ensure Best in Class service is provided to the Amazon Fleet
