CVS Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management - Provider Adoption & Onboarding to lead cross-functional provider onboarding initiatives and drive adoption readiness across Interoperability priorities.

You will partner with Network leadership and internal teams to improve coordination, document requirements, track timelines, and deliver strategic execution that aligns provider needs with business goals. Strong PM discipline and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, provider operations, onboarding, or related functions.
• 2+ years partnering with payors scaling large health implementations.
• Strong partnership, collaboration, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills across providers, Network, internal business partners, and senior leaders.
• Experience creating and coordinating workflows or operational processes that improve execution and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of provider adoption and onboarding requests across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Network leadership and cross-functional teams to improve coordination and alignment.
• Build relationships across Interoperability, Network, and Provider Experience teams to align on provider needs and execution plans.
• Support strategic Network initiatives aligned to current Interoperability priorities.
• Lead tracking and coordination across project planning, timelines, risks, and materials.
