CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management – Provider Adoption & Onboarding to lead provider onboarding, adoption readiness, and cross-functional execution across Interoperability priorities. You will partner with Network teams and senior leaders to drive coordination, process improvements, and alignment across initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing multiple workstreams, tracking timelines, risks, and deliverables; building strong relationships with Interoperability,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project or program management, provider operations, onboarding, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with payors on large health implementations.
• Strong collaboration and relationship management across senior leaders.
• Experience coordinating workflows to improve execution and visibility.
• Knowledge of EHR, health information exchange, and health insurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead project management of provider adoption and onboarding across multiple streams.
• Partner with Network teams and leadership to improve coordination and alignment.
• Build relationships across Interoperability, Network, and Provider Experience teams.
• Support strategic Network initiatives aligned to interoperability priorities.
• Lead tracking, planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and leadership materials.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements for operational effectiveness.
