Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model on the Network team. You will drive strategic planning, risk management, and end‑to‑end delivery, collaborating with senior leaders to align objectives with budgets.

The role requires exceptional leadership, healthcare expertise, and the ability to translate complex network requirements into actionable plans and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences, enabling informed decision‑making, alignment, and action.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Lead governance and strategic planning to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional stakeholders and leadership.
