Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management - Provider Adoption & Onboarding to drive onboarding, adoption readiness, and cross-functional execution across Interoperability priorities. You will coordinate with Network leaders and internal teams to improve coordination, process efficiency, and visibility of initiatives.

Qualified candidates bring 6+ years in project/program management and strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, provider operations, onboarding, or related functions
• 2+ years partnering with payors scaling large health implementations
• Strong partnership, collaboration, communication, negotiation, and relationship management across providers and leaders
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Experience creating workflows or processes to improve execution and visibility
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead project management of provider adoption and onboarding across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with Network teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve alignment
• Build relationships across Interoperability, Network, and Provider Experience teams
• Support strategic Network initiatives aligned to Interoperability priorities
• Lead tracking, timelines, risks, and action items to support execution and leadership visibility
