Job summary

8am is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own mobile across its brand portfolio. You will define the mobile strategy, decide what to fix, rebuild, consolidate, or retire in apps, and lead a small two-engineer team to ship rapidly.

You will spend significant time with customers, gathering insights via interviews and on-site visits, turning signals into actionable plans for mobile health, payments, and activation across MyCase, CasePeer, LawPay, and more.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning native iOS/Android or cross‑platform mobile.
• Experience leading a small engineering team.
• Comfort prototyping with AI tools and validating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile product strategy across 8am brands and decide on fixes, rebuilds, consolidations, or retirements.
• Spend at least four hours weekly with customers (interviews, on-site visits, reviews, and support data) to translate signals into mobile priorities.
• Define the jobs mobile must do well for solo and small firms, including payments, case and client management, time capture, and document handling.
• Build the business case and success metrics for mobile tied to retention, payments, and activation.
• Prototype ideas with AI tools, lead a two-engineer squad, and ship in fast cycles.
• Partner with AI Platform and Payments teams to bring mobile capabilities to all products.
