Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced iOS Technical Lead to drive secure, scalable iOS applications involving payments, maps, UWB, NFC, and BLE. You will lead hands-on development of wallet and payment experiences, integrating PassKit and Apple Pay flows while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in iOS, strong Swift expertise, and knowledge of MapKit, CoreLocation, Nearby Interaction, and CoreNFC.

Qualifications

8+ years of iOS development experience.
Strong Swift and iOS framework knowledge.
Experience with PassKit, Apple Pay, MapKit, CoreLocation, NearbyInteraction, and CoreNFC.
Experience with payment gateway integrations and secure coding.
Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and secure architecture.
Experience with UWB, NFC, BLE, geofencing, and background location.
Understanding of payment compliance and secure transaction patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead development of iOS payment, wallet, location, and proximity-based experiences.
Build Wallet-integrated experiences using PassKit and implement Apple Pay flows.
Integrate payment gateways with validation, error handling, and transaction reconciliation.
Develop mapping features using MapKit, Google Maps SDK, and Location Services.
Implement geofencing, background location tracking, clustering, custom map layers, and real-time route visualization.
Develop UWB-based interactions using NearbyInteraction.
Implement NFC tap interactions using CoreNFC.
Integrate BLE-based functionality where required.
Write clean, scalable, testable Swift code following secure architecture principles.
Lead technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and development best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable iOS solutions.
