Responsibilities include creating program plans, managing milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring quality standards throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of product development and design experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams through complex projects or programs.
• Experience in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology) and knowledge of FDA regulations.
• Understanding of global regulatory and quality requirements.
• Experience developing and managing project/program plans.
• Risk management and mitigation experience.
• Leadership and communication: ability to lead cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver medical device programs on time and on budget.
• Develop program plans and monitor milestones for timely completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program goals with business strategy.
• Manage resources to optimize team performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.
• Communicate updates to senior management and address issues as they arise.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical functions.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Document plans, risk assessments, and lessons learned.
