Job summary

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field, 5–10 years in medical device development, and strong program management experience, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field is required.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product development and design, with 3–5 years in medical devices (Class II).
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to drive Innovation and NPD efforts for the AAD platform.
• Manage scope, risks, and requirements; deliver projects on time with transparent execution.
• Communicate strategic and technical direction for the project/program team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive timely remediation or sustaining engineering.
