Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the xPO Advantage team in Chicago. You will lead on-site staffing and operations, serving as the focal point between Client Management, staff suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure program success and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, performance management, and ongoing process improvement, with a focus on delivering quality services and aligning with client goals and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, evaluate, and develop program staff.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings to review processes and drive improvements.
• Coordinate strategic resource planning with Client Management and Advantage xPO.
• Resolve issues between Client Management, Talent Suppliers and Advantage xPO.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations in staff absence.
• Promote Advantage and Client’s Quality Program Agendas.
• Advise on market trends, program enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise between corporate departments, management, and client for delivery of corporate services.
• Manage multiple P&Ls.
• Implement client/program specific processes per contract.
