Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Program Manager for an on-site role in Chicago, IL. You will guide the Contingent Workforce Solutions program, manage subvendor relationships, and drive client satisfaction and profitability.

With a focus on leadership, recruitment, and process optimization, you will oversee requisition workflows, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure program success for the assigned client.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in managing a vendor on-site program.
• General staffing, account management background.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for the assigned client.
• Manage subvendor/supplier program, including negotiations and benchmarking, and daily operations.
• Ensure client satisfaction, relationship growth, and profitability of contractor placements.
• Lead staff hiring, training, performance management, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting to ensure timely receivables and program reporting.
