Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the xPL Offsite division to lead a program from preconstruction to closeout. You will drive continuous improvement and develop teams to expand the xPL business, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder partnerships.

The role requires deep experience in construction management, supply chain knowledge and leadership. Travel is limited and the work spans on-site construction locations and remote project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Experience in supply chain, 4PL, commercial construction or related industry with knowledge of regional manufacturers, suppliers and trends.
• Ability to interpret contracts, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills for stakeholder engagement at multiple levels.
• Proven ability to mentor, develop employees and manage teams in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage xPL program, initiative and team from preconstruction through closeout.
• Foster client relationships, partner with designers, manufacturers and stakeholders for program success.
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to PM teams to meet client expectations.
• Define metrics and provide strategic guidance to monitor progress and KPIs.
• Manage program health, risks and deliverables; report to xPL leadership.
• Collaborate with IS and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations of systems and tools.
• Assist in development of xPL Playbook and SOPs; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee hiring, on-boarding and performance feedback for team members.
• Support overall program budgets, resources and timelines.
