Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the xPL Offsite initiative, guiding it from preconstruction to closeout. You will build trusted partnerships with clients, designers, and manufacturers and drive program success across teams.

The role emphasizes coaching PMs, setting KPIs, and ensuring alignment with SOPs and contracts while managing resources and budgets in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience in construction or related industry with knowledge of client objectives, contracts, and schedules.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage an xPL program from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop partnerships with clients, designers, manufacturers, and stakeholders for program success.
• Coach and mentor PM teams to align with client expectations and drive engagement.
• Define KPIs, monitor program health, and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with IS/Tech teams to ensure systems support for client programs.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in line with SOPs and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in hiring, perfomance reviews, and talent development.
