Job summary

TAPFIN is seeking an onsite Program Manager in Chicago to lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for a major client. You will manage subvendor relationships, oversee requisitions and placements, and drive client satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, performance reviews, and coordinating with MSP teams to deliver service levels and strategic growth initiatives for IT, administrative, and related roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in managing a vendor on-site program, general management, or account management in a staffing company.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Proven negotiation skills and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) program for an assigned client, including subvendor/supplier management and day-to-day operations.
• Plan, implement, and monitor requisition/submittal processes; oversee placement, subvendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews of sub-vendors and benchmark populations; manage client relationships and drive profitability.
• Oversee staff priorities, performance, and development; ensure service delivery aligns with client SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with MSP management and client to develop strategic plans, ensure renewals, and maximize business opportunities.
