Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a senior seller-doer to lead major rail and transit programs and drive targeted business development across Greater Philadelphia and the Northeast Corridor.

You will provide executive leadership across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through handover, while overseeing multiple design-build and alternative delivery contracts and maintaining relationships with executive leadership, regulators, and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer license.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, capture management, or client relationship development within public transit or transportation consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead major rail and transit programs while driving targeted business development across Greater Philadelphia and the Northeast Corridor.
• Provide executive leadership across the full project lifecycle: pre-construction, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, closeout.
• Lead capture efforts for PMC, construction management, and Owner’s Representative opportunities; build agency relationships and shape pursuit strategy.
