Accenture Construct in Philadelphia seeks a senior seller-doer to lead major rail and transit programs across the Northeast Corridor. You will drive targeted business development and provide executive leadership from pre-construction through handover, shaping pursuit strategy and client relationships.

You will manage design-build and alternative delivery contracts, oversee risk, schedule and budget, and work with cross-functional teams and regulators to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience managing and delivering major rail or transit infrastructure projects of comparable size and complexity
• Active Professional Engineer license
• Demonstrated experience in business development, capture management, or client relationship development within the public transit or transportation consulting sector
• Pennsylvania or New Jersey Professional Engineer licensure and Certified Construction Manager certification

Responsibilities

• Lead major rail and transit programs and drive targeted business development in Greater Philadelphia and the Northeast Corridor
• Provide executive leadership across the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout
• Lead capture efforts for PMC, construction management, and Owner’s Representative opportunities, building agency relationships, shaping pursuit strategy, and leading proposals and interviews
• Oversee multiple design-build and alternative delivery contracts, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, change, claims, and contractual requirements
• Serve as a senior client advisor and primary liaison across executive leadership, project controls, legal, regulatory agencies, local jurisdictions, utilities, and community stakeholders
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across construction management, design support, safety, quality, environmental compliance, project controls, and stakeholder coordination
• Establish project governance, reporting, and performance controls that proactively surface risks and support compliance with applicable rail and FTA/FRA requirements
• Strengthen Accenture’s regional market presence by developing senior relationships with SEPTA, Amtrak, PATCO/DRPA, NJ Transit, PennDOT, and other Northeast Corridor transportation authorities
