Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost Scheduling Control Analyst– Finance in Elkton, MD to support strategic and space-related programs. You will work closely with program management, operational leaders, and customers to prepare budgets and schedules, analyze funding, and integrate cost and schedule baselines.

The role requires EVMS knowledge, Deltek CostPoint experience, and strong analytical skills; onsite work is required and U.S. citizenship may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing budgets and schedules for contract work.
• Knowledge of EVMS and cost/schedule control processes.
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Onsite work in Elkton, MD and willingness to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control systems and monitor costs on contracts.
• Prepare budgets, funding profiles, and variance analyses.
• Provide monthly/quarterly reporting and management summaries.
• Integrate project cost with scheduled activity and forecasts.
• Assist in planning program financial performance and strategic plans.
