Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA, with a hybrid work schedule.

The role collaborates with program managers and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support across contracts, applying Earned Value Management to ensure performance and cost control. Candidates should have EVM experience, MS Office skills, and forecasting/EAC capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field; 5+ years for Level 3 or 8+ years for Level 4.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with EAC development and analysis.
• Experience with forecasting and monthly financial rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, CAMs and IPTs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Lead and train analysts; apply Earned Value concepts to multiple contracts.
• Establish WBS for budgeted cost of work scheduled and analyze variances.
• Prepare government cost performance reports and budgeting baselines.
