Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to support the Cost Management organization.

This position will work on-site daily. Responsibilities include Earned Value Management, budget baseline maintenance, and government cost reporting across multiple contracts within an IPT, interfacing with program managers and CAMs to deliver critical financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master's degree with 3 years experience in Business Management, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience in related field or Master's with 6 years for Level 4.
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher with potential for ongoing evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support.
• Establish Work Breakdown Structure and budget baselines for cost of work scheduled.
• Prepare and review government cost performance reports and EVMS-based analyses.
• Support monthly rhythm processes and EVM system baselines (MPM, SAP, BW, wInsight).
