Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace System (NGAS) in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst at Level 2 or Principal Level 3 to support the Cost Management organization. The role emphasizes Earned Value, budget baselines, and integrated cost/schedule control across multiple contracts within an IPT.

The position requires a bachelor's (or master's) in a related field, DoD Secret clearance eligibility, and hybrid on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields OR Master's degree
• Ability to work on site in a hybrid schedule in Oklahoma City, OK or Palmdale, CA
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in the same
• Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM) Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis
• Apply Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts to contracts for control accounts within IPT
• Establish Work Breakdown Structure for budgeted cost of work scheduled
• Maintain budget baseline, funding analysis, and estimates to complete
• Prepare government cost performance reports and variance analysis
• Develop and analyze estimates to complete
• Support monthly reporting rhythms and EVM system updates with MPM, SAP, BW, wInsight, Excel/Project/PowerPoint
