Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) seeks a Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal (Level 4) to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This on-site role supports government cost control, forecasting and reporting across programs.

The ideal candidate has DoD cost control experience, EVM, SAP/Cobra familiarity, and the ability to lead a small team within a larger finance organization. Clearances required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related field OR Master's with 3 years of experience.
• Must have an active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or Continuous Evaluation).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with monthly financial forecasting rhythm.
• Experience with EAC development and analysis.
• Experience with SAP and/or Cobra.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes.
• Provide internal reporting including forecast incorporation and staffing issue identification.
• Interface with Business Managers and support booking rate files and profitability updates.
• Lead a small team and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills within the finance organization.
