Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego, CA, seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) for on-site work with a hybrid telework option. You will interface with PMs, CAMs, and IPTs to deliver earned value and cost performance insights.

The role emphasizes development of baselines, EVM reporting, and readiness for government reporting, with a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a strong focus on analytics and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period.
Experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.
Preferred: SAP or Cobra experience.

Responsibilities

Interface with program managers, functional management, and CAMs to provide financial and administrative support and analysis.
Develop and maintain budget baselines and cost/schedule integration.
Prepare budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform variance analyses and reporting.
Support IPMR submissions and prepare submittals for monthly reporting and CDRLs.
