Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) for our San Diego site. The role interfaces with program managers, CAMs, and IPTs to provide financial and administrative support and EVMS-based performance analysis.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of business/financial analysis experience (or 3 years with a Master's), strong EVMS expertise, and familiarity with SAP and Cobra tools. On-site with hybrid telework options in Rancho Bernardo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or Master's with 3 years.
• Experience with EVMS and government cost reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP/Cobra and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain budgets, baselines, and schedule integration.
• Prepare and review ETC/EAC, variance analysis, and cost performance reports.
• Support IPMR submissions and EVM system updates (MPM/WB).
