Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR Master's with 3 years.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and EVMS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS tasks including budgeting, baselines, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and review government cost performance reports and IPMDAR.
• Support budgets, ETC/EAC, and monthly program reviews.
