Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cost analysts for EVMS implementation and analysis.
• Ensure SOX compliance, funding analysis, audits, and contract deliverables.
• Interface with program office, leadership, and external auditors on EVMS tasks and performance metrics.
• Support proposal preparation and contract negotiations to address cost management issues.
• Oversee staffing and development within Cost Management.
