Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Layton, UT seeks a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support the Material Cost Management organization on-site. The role focuses on EVMS, EACs, and cost control for Major Subcontracts and GP while ensuring DoD compliance and secure operations.

The position requires a U.S. Government Secret clearance, strong EVMS experience, and collaboration with CAMs/IPTs. Relocation may be available; on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 3 years.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher, with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access as required by the company.
• Experience using Business Systems such as SAP, and/or Cobra, etc.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EVMS for IPTs and CAMs following DoD EVMS guidelines.
• Prepare month-end reports and develop EACs, updating EVMS baselines.
• Assist CAMs with WBS alignment, time phasing, and earned value methodologies; perform variance analysis.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews and develop recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers.
• Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and suppliers.
