Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) seeks a qualified Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to join a diverse team in Melbourne, FL. The role emphasizes cost control, EVMS, and performance measurement across contracts, reporting to program managers and CAMs.

The ideal candidate will have DoD finance experience, leadership abilities, and the capacity to interface with business partners while maintaining government reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related field OR Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret Clearance and Program Access.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EVMS-based reporting in government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements.
• Lead and train analysts on Earned Value contracts within an IPT.
• Prepare reports and forecasts to support cost control and variances.
