Job summary

RTX is seeking a MRAD Financial Analyst (P3) in a hybrid capacity, ideally near Andover, MA, with potential alternative locations. The role supports the Sentinel program within the MRAD Portfolio and collaborates with Program Office, Engineering, and IPT leads to drive financial execution.

The candidate will manage cost control, EVMS compliance, and forecasting, while delivering financial insights to leadership and supporting program planning across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to government systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management.
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis.
• Develop and support EAC/LRE development.
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning and reporting.
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
