Job summary

RTX seeks a Senior Analyst to support program financial management, EVM, and EAC activities for the ASDS/GSMS programs in the US. The role will involve developing baselines, coordinating with Finance, Contracts, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

You will prepare, summarize, and present program financial and performance information to Management, and support budgets, variance analysis, and schedule alignment within a hybrid, security-sensitive

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Earned Value Certification or completion of certification within 2 months of start date.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment and maintenance of the program baseline in accordance with program instructions, internal EVM policies, and 10255.
• Develop and maintain detailed cost Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including the Contractor Funding Summary Report (CFSR), Cost Data Summary Report (1921), and Functional Cost Hour Report (1921-1).
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
• Coordinate and implement Budget Change Requests (BCRs).
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate with Program Management and cross-functional leads to support program execution.
• Prepare financial charts for Program Management Reviews and other required reporting activities.
• Provide program planning and control information to Program Management and leadership.
• Summarize and present program financial and performance data to stakeholders.
