Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst for the Processing Application & Exploitation portfolio. The role will support multiple programs within PAE and collaborate with Program Management to provide leadership in financial reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) with relevant experience.
• Experience in Program Controls and Earned Value Management fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline, including BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Process cost transfers as required.
• Generate internal cost and schedule performance reports for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
• Prepare and submit required CDRLs (CFSR, BMR, IPMR).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management.
