Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks an experienced Program Controller onsite in US-CA to drive forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting for complex programs. You will coordinate EACs, provide recommendations to program teams, and maintain essential financial documentation.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years’ experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years), ability to obtain DoD clearance, SAP/EVM familiarity, and strong MS Office skills. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning activities.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Program Teams and Leads.
• Prepare financial charts for PMRs, MORs, and other reporting.
• Perform cost, schedule, financial analysis and reporting, and funding planning using standard tools.
• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) processes.
• Support development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Establish and maintain program logs including Work Authorization, Contract Modification Logs, and R&Os.
