Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist Program Cost Controls Analyst for the SPY-6 HP&S contract in Tucson, AZ. Hybrid work arrangement with duties spanning EV management, financial analysis, and program baseline maintenance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of related EVMS/EAC experience, SAP familiarity, and strong communication skills to partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and EAC processes.
• Experience using SAP financial accounting and related reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly EV management cost and schedule control processes and reporting.
• Brief senior leaders on program execution with financial insight.
• Analyze EV metrics, LREs, EACs, investments, and manpower planning.
• Maintain baselines and ensure timely cost charging aligned to policies.
• Drive efficiencies in financial processes using digital tools.
