Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst - Level 3 or 4, based in Redondo Beach, CA, 100% onsite. You will prepare budgets, conduct financial analyses, and support government contracting with accurate funding and variance analysis.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, experience in cost control, and proficiency with MS Office. You will interact with senior leadership and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and long-range strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience, or Master's with 3 years.
• PhD with 4 years of professional experience.
• Active Top-Secret or SCI clearance at time of application.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, reporting, and analysis of key financial metrics for the I&S BU.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial deliverables and analysis.
• Communicate financial progress to senior leadership.
• Support BU Operations reviews with financial content and forecast narratives.
• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Strategic Plan.
