Abode Services in San Jose, CA is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise the provision of services to program participants in the County, through direct staff supervision. You will lead the assigned team, participate in county meetings, track goals, support staff in crises, and help develop program tools and policies to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human services, social work, sociology, or related field.
• 3 years of professional human services experience with low-income families.
• 1 year direct experience supervising services for homeless or extremely low income individuals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; valid CA driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned team and provide leadership and support.
• Participate in county wide meetings and communicate program needs.
• Track progress toward program goals and evaluate effectiveness.
• Support staff during client crises and coordinate with managers on cases.
• Develop materials, tools, and policies to improve service delivery.
• Ensure accurate data entry and collaborate with funders and stakeholders.
