Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking a Program Admin Sr. for the Services and Support Operations division in Irvine, CA. You will analyze complex customer experience and order management processes, drive improvements, and ensure KPIs are met across the team.

Responsibilities include creating process documents, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering automated BI solutions using Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI, while supporting Salesforce enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS) in Business Administration, BI, CS or Engineering-related field.
• 6+ years of progressive program administration experience.
• Experience with data extraction, analytics, data quality, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diverse and complex customer experience and order management processes to produce insights.
• Create processes and procedure documents for the customer experience team.
• Lead multifunctional teams in RCCA and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and monitor KPIs against plans to ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional project plans and interface with internal suppliers and customers.
• Deliver end-to-end automated solutions: Alteryx → SQL table → Power BI dashboards; support SFDC enhancements.
