Job summary

You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing small development efforts or portions of larger programs, with scope often defined by NRE costs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, science, business, or related field.
• PMI methodology training; PMP or CAPM certification within 6 months.
• 8+ years related work experience; 2+ years leading multiple projects.
• Experience with high-technology customers, products, and processes preferred.
• Knowledge of PM five-stage process and formal PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Create program charter, baseline plan, and PM components; ensure customer requirements.
• Plan tasks aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Recommend changes and execute defined project charters.
• Identify issues and develop action plans to improve scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Ensure process compliance and facilitate gate reviews.
• Communicate project status to management and customers; escalate as needed.
• Determine resource allocations and monitor budget; track baseline schedule.
