Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (Or international equivalent).
• Business application experience, ideally with a Sales and Marketing focus.
• Core business and business systems experience with willingness to cross-train to new technologies.
• Sales and marketing application experience including CRM and content management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM in general; Experience Cloud preferred.
• Quoting/Pricing and/or Rebate management experience would be an advantage but not essential.
• Proven analytical skills and the ability to explore a multitude of resources to aid resolution.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex and global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results on deadlines.
• Performs system analysis and interprets data to identify technology or process gaps.
• Develops and implements new technologies/services and reports to stakeholders.
• Develops relationships with business partners for future capabilities and enhancements.
• Communicates decisions and recommendations to managers and stakeholders.
• Manages communications with 3rd party IT/service vendors.
• Mentors team members and manages multiple solutions with competing priorities.
• Creates testing and training documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provides after-hours support and travel as needed.
