• 5+ years of experience in business operations, partner operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing partner engagement processes, governance activities, and operational programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the SCS Partner Services Program.
• Own partner engagement processes, opportunity routing, governance, and performance reporting.
• Manage a team of project coordinators to meet milestones and customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Alliances, Practice Leaders, and Delivery.
• Produce executive reporting and dashboards on program health and outcomes.
