Job summary

You will manage nationwide litigation, oversee defense counsel, and communicate developments to underwriters and policyholders, while mentoring junior team members and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional liability claims or litigation experience.
• JD preferred or college degree required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to analyze complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex professional liability claims.
• Analyze coverage and potential litigation exposures; draft position letters.
• Manage nationwide litigation; oversee defense counsel and budgeting.
• Communicate developments to underwriting, policyholders and internal stakeholders.
