Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex professional liability claims.
• Analyze coverage under primary and excess policies; draft coverage correspondence.
• Manage litigation nationwide; appoint and oversee defense counsel.
• Communicate with underwriting on significant developments.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and participate in team initiatives.
