You will troubleshoot equipment, document non-conforming product, lead root-cause analyses, and uphold standards across production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years in optical lab, manufacturing, or related technical environment, including 2 years at Production Technician level.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot equipment across multiple production areas.
• Completion of training in at least five qualified functions, including two Senior, one Production, and two Associate technician levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced technical processes, calibrations, maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing.
• Troubleshoots equipment and workflow issues, leads root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Segregates non-conforming product and records corrective measures to maintain quality.
• Provides on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to Associates and Production Technicians.
• Supports cross-training in Surfacing, Finishing, and Coating as needed.
• Maintains safety, quality, and documentation across production areas.
