Responsibilities

• Performs advanced technical processes and calibrations in Surfacing, Finishing or Coating to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoots equipment, leads root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Documents non-conforming product and maintains quality and safety records.
• Provides on-the-job training and cross-training across production areas as needed.
• Supports process improvements and ensures compliance with company standards.
