Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to retain and follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• Ability to operate a copy machine, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Log in and out of the Box Tracking System.
• Remove staples, clips, post-its from documents to be processed.
• Repair torn documents with tape.
• Copy information from folders accurately and legibly.
• Determine if a document needs copying and where to place separators.
• Maintain documents in exact order as received and ensure correct orientation.
