Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an IIM BPO Production Technician to prepare, batch and scan client documents with accuracy. You will log into the Box Tracking System, remove staples, repair torn pages and ensure documents are in exact order for processing.

The role includes creating batch profiles, logging billing counts, maintaining scanner quality, and applying high attention to detail to deliver pristine digital copies for clients.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to retain and accurately follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• Ability to operate a copy machine, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Log in and out of the Box Tracking System.
• Remove staples, clips, post-it notes, etc. from documents to be processed.
• Repair torn documents with tape.
• Copy information from folders accurately.
• Determine document type and appropriate separator sheet group.
• Maintain exact order of documents and proper orientation.
• Match lists to files in the box and log hours for billing.
• Prepare batches and scanning: create batch profiles and log batch completions.
• Ensure correct DPI and scan as duplex; re-scan crooked or unclear pages.
• Clean assigned scanners and perform other duties as assigned.
