Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is seeking an IIM BPO Production Technician to prepare, batch, and scan client documents with precision. You will log activities, manage batch classes, and ensure documents stay in original order while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities include handling the Box Tracking System, adjusting scans for clarity, and completing billing sheets after each batch. This role requires a GED or high school diploma and basic English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
• Ability to operate a copy machine, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Log in/out of Box Tracking System and manage batch classification.
• Prepare, batch and scan documents with attention to order and quality.
• Ensure correct DPI, duplex scanning, and accurate billing records.
• Repair torn documents and restore original order after processing.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance on scanners.
