You will work closely with clients to provide application administration and production support, collaborating with CRD and State Street teams to ensure reliable services and secure operations. This role emphasizes delivering robust, scalable infrastructure for investment management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all aspects of Charles River IMS production for multiple clients as part of SaaS Operations.
• Provide application administration and client support for production environments.
• Collaborate with Charles River Development and State Street teams to ensure reliable, secure production services.
• Assist in deployment and maintenance of the open front-to-back platform and related infrastructure.
